Cancellation & Refund Policy

Returns and Payment Guidelines

At www.bharatiyakhel.org, we want to make sure that your online shopping experience is great in terms of range, price, and delivery. "If you received a damaged product" — we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. We will arrange for a replacement or refund. Please note that only defective or damaged products will be accepted for returns/refunds.

Cancellation & Timelines

  • Customers can cancel an order within 1 day after placing the order (including Stadium Passes).
  • Customers must raise an alert with us within 2 days from the date of delivery to be eligible for a return.
  • Only products received by our office within 10 working days of the original delivery date will be eligible for the return policy.

Inspection & Replacement

  • BHARATIYA KHEL UTTHAN TRUST retains the right to examine whether the returned product is defective/damaged.
  • If confirmed defective/damaged, our team will replace and reship the product to the same address, subject to stock availability.
  • If the returned product is not defective/damaged, the customer will be informed, and the same product will be reshipped. The customer will have to bear the shipment charges in this case.

Refund Processing

  • If the replacement product stock is unavailable, a request for a refund will be initiated and the customer will be informed via registered email.
  • All refunds and replacements will be processed only once the returns are received at our office.
  • Refund payments are processed within 3-7 Days.
  • Product replacements are processed within 7-15 Days.
Important Payment Note: For all approved refund payments, a bank transaction charge of 2% + 18% GST will be deducted from the final refund amount.
